Culmen Announces Expanded Operations in Health Security and International Logistics Through the Acquisition of TMC Global Professional Services

Alexandria, Virginia, July 29, 2025 — Culmen International is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Albuquerque based Technology Management Company, Inc., dba TMC Global Professional Services. This strategic partnership aligns with and enhances Culmen’s mission to provide comprehensive international program management support, health security, and logistics solutions worldwide. With a combined pool of over 450 employees, offices in over 40 countries, and experience across more than 150 countries, Culmen International is poised to offer clients a unique set of agile, global resources, and expertise.
