Philanthropy
At Culmen International we believe that serving and investing in our country and community is a privilege and responsibility. Our philanthropic activities are centered around the communities in which we work and live, as well as the needs of our military veteran heroes. Culmen focuses a substantial portion of its contributions on programs which provide services for veterans, and/or education and basic needs for families and children.

Department of the Navy Sea Port Next Generation (Sea Port-NxG)

SeaPort NxG is a 10-year, $50B contract vehicle to provide engineering and program support services to the U.S. Navy. All of the work under the contracts fall under two categories, engineering support services and program management support services, which are further divided into 23 functional areas.
Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN)
Culmen supports the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Chemical and Biological Defense through the JPEO CBRN contract vehicle.
Worldwide Expeditionary Multi-Award Contract (WEXMAC) 2.0 Vehicle
WEXMAC 2.0 is designed to support the U.S. Department of Defense’s Geographic Combatant Command’s (GCC) joint operations, coalition partners, and other United States Federal Agencies in setting and sustaining the theater. The services and supplies provided are primarily intended for Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR), Contingency, Exercise, Lodging, Logistics, Water-Based, and Land-Based Support but could also be leverage for other types of operations. Companies were awarded lines of effort based on regions and/or countries. Culmen is eligible to bid and execute opportunities in Africa, the Middle East, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Western Asia, Mainland Asia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Defense Health Agency (DHA) Omnibus IV
Culmen is a proud holder of the OMNIBUS IV DoD contract vehicle, managed by the U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA). This IDIQ contract supports critical medical research and development (R&D) for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) and other DoD agencies. Our work spans clinical trials, medical logistics, biomedical research, and health system advancements. Through OMNIBUS IV, Culmen delivers innovative solutions to enhance military medical capabilities.
