Culmen International Expands Global Presence with United Kingdom (UK) Office Following Acquisition of Premise Data UK Ltd.

Alexandria, VA and London, UK – September 02, 2025 – Culmen International today announced its expansion to the United Kingdom following its acquisition of Premise Data UK Ltd. The move expands Culmen’s global footprint and strengthens its ability to support critical missions in complex, dynamic environments for British, European and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) customers.
Premise Data UK Ltd.’s enduring relationships, proven past performance and technical expertise brings to Culmen an AI-native research and data technology capability that combines smartphone-based data collection, geospatial analytics, and machine learning to generate decision-grade insights at speed and scale. Operating in the UK since 2018, Premise Data UK Ltd. has partnered with government, Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) 100 Firms and non-governmental organizations (NGO) to deliver real-time situational awareness and evidence-based assessments, helping them to understand how citizens and consumers perceive their world.
As a part of this expansion, Premise Data UK Ltd. will be renamed Culmen UK Ltd. to reflect the broader work Culmen performs in the UK and the region.

By formalizing operations in the UK through its Culmen UK presence, Culmen enhances its ability to deliver solutions at scale—combining field operations and domain expertise with modern data engineering, AI/ML, and secure cloud deployment to accelerate mission outcomes.
