Culmen International and Terrestris LLC Announce SBA-Approved Joint Venture, Terrestris Culmen International (TCI)

Alexandria, Virginia, MAY 19th, 2026—Culmen International LLC and Terrestris LLC are proud to announce the formation of Terrestris Culmen International (TCI), a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved joint venture under the 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) programs.

This joint venture brings together two award-winning organizations with complementary strengths and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-focused solutions across the federal landscape. It is designed to provide government clients with an expanded, fully integrated suite of capabilities spanning operations, logistics, training, program management, and global mission support.
