Operations Analysis, Research and Readiness

Culmen International provides end-to-end operations analysis, research and readiness services across the spectrum of DoD and Federal domains. We apply ISO 9001:2015 processes, CMMI (Services) Level 3 practices, and Lean Six Sigma methodology and have led numerous process improvement initiatives within the DoD’s Strategic Analysis community. We deliver study management services and analytical support for key DoD studies that have driven strategic policy and funding decisions.
